Silver Pines Codes

Silver Pines codes: all 22 locks, 21 fixed passwords with the clue that reveals each one, and the motel gate that is randomized in every save.

Silver Pines has no promo codes. What people search for are the 22 in-game puzzle locks: 21 are fixed and safe to copy, and the motel gate is randomized per save, so you have to read its clue instead.

If you searched for Silver Pines codes expecting a redeem field, there is not one. The game is single-player with no account system, no cosmetics shop and no code entry outside the world, so every "working promo code" list for this title is invented filler.

What the game does have is 22 locks: keypads, dial safes and symbol doors that hold weapons, keys and collectibles. Twenty-one of them are fixed and identical in every copy. One is randomized per save, and that single fact is the reason a code copied from a video can fail in your game.

Is there any promo code or redeem code?

No. Silver Pines shipped without a redemption system, and the official channels have never published a code string. Treat any site offering "free codes for skins" or "unlock the shotgun with this code" as junk.

The confusion comes from the keyword itself. Players call the in-game keypads "codes", the wiki pages call them codes, and search engines blend the two intents. On this site, codes always means a lock in the town.

How do the locks work?

Every lock has three parts: a mechanism, a code and a clue. The mechanism tells you what to input, whether that is a four-digit keypad, a dial or a set of symbols. The code is the answer, and the clue is the document, painting or line of dialogue that gives it away.

The clue is almost always in the same area as the lock, and the game rarely prints the final number on the page that contains it. The General Store note, for example, gives you a formula instead of a code: 23 plus the day of the month. The calendar on the wall is what turns that into 2311.

Direction matters on dial safes. The sheriff's safe is right to 15, left to 7, right to 3, left to 10. Typing 15-7-3-10 without alternating direction will not open it, which is the most common failure reported for that puzzle.

All 22 locks, by area

Fixed codes are safe to copy. The randomized lock tells you where its clue lives instead of giving you a number that belongs to somebody else's save.

Which code is randomized?

The motel gate card reader in the Outskirts is the confirmed randomized lock. Its number is written in the Motel Guest Ledger at reception, on the row for Eddie Velvet, and it changes from save to save.

The developers said in an August 2026 stream that they randomized codes "wherever we can", so it is worth checking whether a failing code belongs to a lock that has a clue document. A widely shared cheat sheet even lists the author's own gate value, 43058, as if it were universal. That number is correct for exactly one save.

If a number from a video does nothing, read the clue in your own game before you decide the list is wrong.

Phone numbers are not codes

The official FAQ answers this directly: a phone number is never the code. Phone numbers belong to the phone puzzles. Dialling 5888 plus a room number reaches the Crimson Bear bungalows, and 86.6 is a radio frequency you tune rather than type.

This trips people up because the phone puzzles hand out real codes. Calling room 58883 gets you 6671 for the weapon locker, but 58883 itself opens nothing. Keep the two systems separate and the middle of the game stops being confusing.

Puzzles that have no keypad

Not every obstacle is a number. The cable-car bells, the pressure valves and the recording booth are sequence puzzles, and there is nothing to copy because the solution is physical.

The bell order is the one players ask about most. The plaque at the station gives you E, G, D, C, F, A, B. Two hooks are already loaded when you arrive, so you spend the mid-game collecting the other five from bosses and set pieces.

Do patches change the codes?

The table above was checked against build 25806663 on October 9, 2026, and cross-checked against five independent language sites. Hotfix 2 adjusted Cat Collar timing and Nightmare difficulty; no lock code is known to have moved since.

That said, this is a live game and the developers have already shown they will randomize more if they want to. Where sources disagree on a build number or hotfix detail, this page leaves it out rather than guessing.

Which codes are worth doing first

Three locks carry most of the early game, and doing them in this order saves you a lot of walking.

The General Store keypad (2311) comes first because the store is where the money, medicine and the note that explains the formula are. The gift shop weapon locker (6671) comes second, because the shotgun changes every fight after it. The Sheriff's Office front door (1715) comes third, and it is the one that unlocks the Crowbar via the dial safe.

Everything after that is optional in the sense that none of it is required to reach the credits. It is not optional if you want the endings, because the mid-game locks guard the stars, the masks and the bells.

Locks that give you nothing but cash

Two locks in the table have no in-world clue: the Thelend office safe (66666) and the Town Hall operations locker (1893). Both are cash safes, and both are documented because players kept finding the keypads and assuming they had missed a document.

If you are short on money for ammunition, they are worth the detour. If you are trying to solve every puzzle in order, do not spend an hour looking for a clue that does not exist.

Common ways a correct code fails

Five failures account for almost every "the code does not work" report, and none of them mean the table is wrong.

  • Direction. Dial safes need alternating turns; a straight digit sequence will not open them.
  • Phone numbers. 58883 and 86.6 are puzzle inputs, not lock codes.
  • Demo values. The demo had a different code set and was delisted at launch.
  • Wrong container. Several locks share a number but not a state.
  • Already looted. Containers do not respawn, so an empty safe is not a broken one.

Check those five before you reload a save. In most cases the lock is behaving correctly and the assumption behind the attempt is what needs fixing.

If you are stuck on one specific lock, the two pages below go deeper than a table can. The sheriff's safe page explains the four-painting puzzle and the badge reversal that opens the interrogation room, and the shotgun page covers the phone chain that produces 6671.

For everything else, the walkthrough puts each lock in the order you meet it, and the map page explains how to photograph a locked door so you can find it again later.
